Benefits: This VERY LIGHTLY SCENTED oil is used for ceremonies only. This is not an essential oil- The Sweetgrass is organically grown and has a beautiful yet light traditional vanilla smell.
Bath: Pour a small amount into the bathtub.
Topically: Pour a small amount onto the skin and apply to areas needed for healing. It may also be used as a body oil or applied to your bath.
