Twenty-five rare musical instruments from the Field Museum's anthropology collections are now available to you on this interactive CD-Rom. You can play these virtual instruments to make your own music or hear recorded patterns. You can also explore the background of each instrument through archival photographs, documents, and film footage. Based on The Field Museum's popular Sounds from the Vault exhibition, which ran from September 1999 to March 2000.
