Light in weight and warm to the touch, amber is the fossilized resin of pine trees that lived as long as 60 million years ago. The organic gem has been appreciated by different cultures throughout the ages and can be found in areas of the world as diverse as the Baltic region, Dominican Republic and Mexico.
