Light in weight and warm to the touch, amber is the fossilized resin of pine trees that lived as long as 60 million years ago. Rich amber nuggets complement different shades of round and faceted carnelian beads on this necklace, reminiscent of the colors of fall. Bronze freshwater pearls lend a base note. The necklace measures 16" long, with a 2" sterling silver extender chain accented with a carnelian bead.
