Wire Skeleton Earrings

Wire Skeleton Earrings

Item #: 105087
The origins of the Day of the Dead can be traced back to ancient indigenous rituals and to the Aztec festival dedicated to a goddess called Mictecacihuatl, known in English as the Lady of the Dead. Largely celebrated in Mexico and by people of Mexican heritage, the holiday includes the tradition of building altars adorned with marigolds, sugar skulls and favorite food and objects of the departed family members. Celebrate the holiday in our silver skeleton dangling mobile earrings.

Hand made in Peru, each skeleton measures 2 1/2 inches.
