Follow an international group of experienced guides as they travel through Tsavo National Park in Kenya retracing Colonel John Patterson's historic quest to find and kill the two man-eating lions that were responsible for the deaths of nearly 140 railway workers. This 1996 documentary includes clips from the film about Patterson, The Ghost and the Darkness, as well as interviews with the film's stars, Michael Douglas and Val Kilmer. You can see the infamous Tsavo lions in The Field Museum's Mammals of Africa exhibition.
